1) Basic rules
11.1 Players of a team have to belong to the same club and shall not be licensed in a different club or national association.
11.2 Players of a team have to be of the same gender.
3) Organisation of official matches
22 National matches (to these belong 1L matches) are organised by SwissVolley (and no longer the regional association like for M2, in our case AGVB).
33 Clubs have to demonstate to have trainers with qualifications which are a function of the number of teams and their league level. In our case it is ...
34 The cost for a home match is borne by the home team.
4) Member fees and licenses
52 The following documents must be sent to SwissVolley for each player with foreign nationality (i.e. non-Swiss):
1 - copy of passport or ID card
2 - in 1L the transfer confirmation from SwissVolley
53 Ordering licenses later than with the main order (until 31 August) is charged with 20 CHF.
5) Transfers, transfer fees and reimbursement

1 A transfer is the definitive and unconditional cession of a player to another club.
2 A transfer is valid if (...) a valid license exists.

2 All (other than NLA) transfers are only possible until 15 December.
3 For players who do not yet have a license in the runnig season there are no limit dates.
4 For international transfers (without prior Swiss license) transfers are only possible unti the limit date (in 1L 15 December).
60 Transfers entail a fee.
61 For a transfer no cession certificate is needed except if during the running championship.
64 Transfers during the running championship
The transfer demands must be accompanied by the
a - cession certificate by the club giving the player away,
b - the license of the ceding club,
c - the new license order.
6) Hall homologations

2 All official matches must take place in halls or on fields which are homologated.
72 Exceptions
1 For teams which are promoted to a higher league, the indoor commission can grant, on demand, exceptions. In this case the hall can correspond to the level of the next lower league. In general exceptions are only granted for the first season following the promotion.
8) Execution of official matches
75 T-shirts
1 Numbers on the chest must be at least 10 cm high, and 15 cm high on the back. Numbers on the chest can also be left or right of the centre.
3 The captain must wear the "captainīs strip" (8 x 2 cm).
80 Absence of referees
1 If one referee is absent the match must be played.
6 If a referee or both will be late the same applies as if a team is late (delayed match start).
81 Preparation of the hall and material
